XY-3系列鉆機是一種中深孔巖芯鉆機，是以金剛石鉆進為主的，適應多種鉆探工藝需求的立軸式巖芯鉆機。可匹配相應電動機或柴油機為動力。鉆機結構簡單拆解方便、操作容易。

主要特點
1、鉆機采用最新型MW525汽車變速箱總成，具有10檔正轉和2檔反轉，各檔位轉速設計合理，能夠滿足不同鉆進工藝需求。
2、鉆機輸出扭矩大，承載力強，便于處理各種井下事故。機械傳動結構緊湊，立軸通孔直徑96mm，支承距大，鉆機剛性好。
3、液壓系統實現給進壓力及速度的可控，以適應各類不同地層鉆進需要。同時配有孔底壓力指示器，便于掌握孔內情況。
4、鉆機體積小、重量輕，可拆性好，布局合理，操縱靈活可靠，便于維護保養。

為滿足廣大用戶的特殊要求，我廠在XY-3基礎上研制開發了XY-3T拖車式、XY-3L履帶自走式（可選鋼制履帶或橡膠履帶）等特種型號鉆機，采用液壓高支腿方便裝卸車、輔助支撐，液壓自動起塔提高起塔安全性，降低了勞動強度，大幅提高了用戶的經濟效益。
