Mix proportion

  Flocking paste + Fixing agent 3%

Printing process

1. Mixing flocking paste  with curing agent and stirring them evenly.

2. Printing for 3 times (3-4 scrapes per time)， leave it wet for the last time.
3. Plant the flocking into the paste by static machine before the paste is dry.

4. Dry in room temperature or baking it for 1-3 minutes with  120-150℃to dry it fast.

5. Cleaning the redundant flocking.

6. Finish.

工藝流程

1. 絲網選用80-100目，用絲印硬方刀75度刮印2-3次，最后一次輕刮留漿

2. 在漿層未干之前靜電植絨

3. 24-48小時自然干燥，或150度烘烤1-3分鐘并吸去多余絨毛
