Through 19 years efforts， the Guangzhou International Hotel Equipments and Supplies Exhibition is getting better and bigger， in 2012， the exhibition covered an area of 250，000 square meters， it will be 300000 square meters this year. At the appointed time， we will invite ten thousands hospitality buyers and dealers from all over China and overseas to visit the expo.


Date Arrangement  
1).   9-11 December 2013 : exhibitors arriving and preparation. (9: 00am-5: 00pm)  
2).   12-14 December 2013: doing business 
3).   14 December 2013: leaving (4: 00pm)


  Exhibition Fees
1)9 square meters standard booth: RMB10000. include 1 name plate， 1 desk with 2 chairs， 2 fluorescent lamps， 1 wastepaper basket， 1 power socket (equal to or less than 300W)


2)Indoor bare floor space requirements must be greater than 27 m2 for every single rent. Exhibitor should pay 1000 RMB per square meter for preparing management charge.

? Hotel/restaurant Furniture: guest room furniture， outdoors furniture， banquet chairs， conference tables， assembly platforms， hotel furniture transport， etc.
? Recreation and Entertaining Facilities: aquatic sports， balls for sports， fitness equipment， sauna facilities， sunlight canopies， Karaoke management software， amusement devices and facilities， etc.
? Coffee and Tea Sets: coffee and tea， coffee and tea filters， coffee making and filtering machines， beverage machines， seasoning and syrups， ceramics， hotel food， healthy food and soups， etc.
? Consulting Services: hotel information technology and equipment， Video on Demand (VOD)， networking， training and management courses， etc.

Application Form and Process
If you are interested in exhibiting or attending GIHE 2008 an application form can be obtained from the organizer.


Once the application form has been submitted， payment should be remitted to the specified bank account detailed on the form. Please note that payment will only be accepted via this method. Following completion of the payment process， a receipt will be issued. This receipt will be required to assist in the VISA application process for entry into China.
