德國LIP閥門產進口微量調節針型閥產品結構形式為外螺紋連接，所以也叫外螺紋針型調節閥。
進口微量調節針型閥品種之多，型號有A21W，A24W等。針型閥具有安裝拆卸方便、連接緊固、有利于防火、防爆和耐壓能力高、密封性能良好等特點，廣泛使用于化工、電力、液壓機械、石油天然氣等行業。進口微量調節針型閥相比其他閥門更加的耐壓調節性能好，所以一般用于較小流量，較高壓力的氣體或者液體介質的調節.針型閥與壓力表配合使用是合適的了.一般的針型閥形都做成螺紋連接及卡套連接形式。

進口高壓針型閥安裝注意事頂:閥門安裝前必須進行外觀檢查，閥門的銘牌應符合現行國家標準《通用閥門標志》GB12220的規定。對于工作壓力大于1.0MPa及在主干管上起到調節作用的閥門，安裝前應進行強度和嚴密性能試驗，合格后方準使用。強度試驗時，試驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.5倍，持續時間不少于5min，閥門殼體、填料應無滲漏為合格。嚴密性試驗時，試驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.1倍；試驗持續的時間符合GB50243的要求。
