液壓旋轉按樁機，是我廠為了適應市場發(fā)展需要，拓寬施工領域所精心研發(fā)的一款機型，較輪式打樁機來講，場地的適應性更強，作業(yè)面更寬。經(jīng)過了大量的理論推敲和實地認證，目前各項技術指標均已達到業(yè)內(nèi)產(chǎn)品相關標準，為規(guī)范操作，確保鉆機正常運轉，請操作人員務必按以下規(guī)程步驟進行操作

operateinaccordancewiththefollowingprocedures
一、啟動前檢查工作
1、檢查發(fā)動機機油、液壓系統(tǒng)液壓油、柴油等的油位是否達到工作要求，如油位不足，應及時添加，防止工作中因缺油而導致設備異常；
2、檢查動力裝置、行走部分、錘頭、滑道、滑道支架等各主要機械部位螺栓連接是否有松動，及時緊固松動的螺栓，防止工作中發(fā)生意外；
3、檢查各液壓油缸、轉動軸處的開口銷是否正常，應及時更換磨損嚴重的開口銷；
4、仔細觀察設備周圈環(huán)境，確保按樁機工作半徑內(nèi)無行人及障礙物。

work
3，checkthehydraulicoilcylinder，theaxis
ofrotationofthesplitpinisnormal，shouldbetimelyreplacementofworn
splitpin
4，carefulobservationequipment
circumferentialenvironment，toensurethepilemachineworkingradiusno
pedestriansandobstacles.
二、啟動發(fā)動機
打開發(fā)動機組電源輸出開關，旋轉發(fā)動機鑰匙，按下一鍵啟動按鈕，啟動柴油機組。液壓泵隨發(fā)動機開始工作，怠速運轉3~5分鐘，逐漸加大供油量，使液壓泵達到額定壓力20Mpa，并固定好油門調(diào)節(jié)手柄。

三、移機至工作位置
1、仔細查看換向閥操作指示牌中各操作桿所對應機能，并熟記在心。嚴禁胡亂推動操作閥桿。
2、推動zuo輪行走、右輪行走閥桿，將設備移動至指定位置，并找好樁位。
3、推動大臂閥桿，升起大臂，調(diào)整大臂角度，使大臂達到工作要求。升起大臂過程中，應時刻觀察滑道底端立柱與地面是否接觸。若底端立柱觸及地面，應推動滑道閥桿，向上提升滑道。
4、根據(jù)工作需要，可推動搖臂閥桿，使大臂左右擺動，調(diào)整至所需位置；
5、調(diào)整好位置后，應推動滑道閥桿，使滑道向下滑動，將滑道底端立柱插入地面。全部調(diào)整完畢后開始按樁工作。
Third，movingtotheworking

2，promotezuoroundtowalk，walkrightwheel
stem，movetheequipmenttothespecifiedlocation，andfindgoodpile
location.
3，promotingstem，largearmraisedarm，
adjusttheAngleofthebigarm，armcanmeetthejobrequirements.Riseinthe
processofthebigarm，atalltimesobservethechutebottomcolumnifcontact
withtheground.Ifthebottomofthecolumntouchestheground，shouldpushthe
slidevalverod，upwardramp.
4，accordingtotherequirementsofthejob，
canpromotetherockerstem，makebigarmswinging，adjustedtothedesired
location
5，afteradjustposition，shouldpushthe
slidevalverod，maketheslidedownwardslide，insertthechutebottompillar
ontheground.Afteralladjustmentsaccordingtothepilework.
四、按樁工作
1、推動鉆桿上下閥桿，將錘頭提升至最高位置；
2、將矩形樁放入樁桿支撐內(nèi)部，矩形樁放置穩(wěn)定后，推動錘頭閥桿，使錘頭開始沖擊工作。慢慢推動鉆桿閥桿，使錘頭慢慢向下移動，使樁帽插入矩形樁內(nèi)部。
3、錘頭正常沖擊工作情況下，慢慢向下推動錘頭，將矩形樁按入地面至要求深度。
